JET Advertising designed and developed a fully custom, responsive website for the City of Santee showcasing the city’s brand standards. The JET team collaborated with city employees from every department to ensure their pages provided accurate information and clear navigation to essential information.

This process included the City of Santee Parks and Recreation department, which covers all park district events, summer camps, and lists of parks and facilities throughout the city. JET’s extensive work with existing park district clients, including the park districts of Wood Dale and Bloomingdale in Illinois, provided practical knowledge and experience for collaboration with this department.

The website features an interactive Event Calendar with filters for the various categories and a section to watch their Live Stream or Past City Council meetings. It also features various widgets including an eye-catching Icon section and Quick Links to help the users easily locate the items they are seeking.

JET incorporated key-third party integrations including the latest Search feature and ADA compliance software to meet the needs of their website visitors. JET’s custom ASP.NET website ensures fast site speeds, a high level of security, and minimal long-term maintenance costs. The previous website did not allow the city to make their own updates. Now with JET’s user-friendly CMS, they can add content as needed at no additional cost.
