Twitter is a 3 year old, social networking website that allows you to stay connected with family, friends, co-workers and colleagues with "tweeting". Tweeting is a short blog of 140 character or less that simply answers the question "What are you doing?" People who want to know what you are doing "follow" your tweets, likewise you can follow their tweets and keep in contact with your social network.

Twitter can help your business because it allows you to build a social network of people that you can get sales or referrals from, as well as build your reputation and presence in the marketplace. Currently Twitter has about 6 million monthly tweeters (visitors) with a total 55 million monthly visits.

You do not have to spend hours a day to benefit from Twitter. With a free Twitter download called Tweetdeck, you can prioritize your most important tweets. This allows you to easily swap business tips or leads with colleagues, without getting lost in less important tweets (like what your second cousin ate for breakfast).

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is important and all. Nevertheless just imagine if you added some great photos or videos to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with pics and videos, this blog could definitely be one of the very best in its field. Fantastic blog!
